Ernst Reyneke joined Chilli Pepper Rentals, as a young 19-year-old matriculant. Although he was unsure of what he wanted to do, he knew he was a born entrepreneur with loads of ambition and a burning desire to realise his dreams.

Without any prior knowledge or experience in the property industry, Ernst soon found his feet and developed a passion for seeking out new opportunities, meeting new people and guiding them on their quest to secure the right property for their needs, whether for residential or commercial requirements. He soon learnt how to deal with tenants, buyers, sellers, and investor buyers, and this acquired knowledge in dealing with people from all walks of life within the property market, prepared him for his future endeavours.

After ten years of gaining vast experience in the industry Ernst saw the need to offer a more personal approach in realty services. He identified a gap between the property practitioner and the client when it came to service offering and client satisfaction. He set out and made it his goal to ensure he could establish a company, where he could assist clients (both lessee’s & lessor’s) in the best possible way and where the client felt valued.

During April 2024, Ernst successfully acquired Chilli Pepper Rentals. As part of the transition, Chilli Pepper Rentals now operates under the name of Millennial Realty.

This change represents an important milestone in his future mission and growth strategy and reflects his commitment to ensure unparallel service delivery and client satisfaction.

I am a young dynamic 28 year old bubbly go getter that grew up in Tembisa. I worked myself up to where I am today with the help of God and earthly angels which God placed in my life. I thrive in customer service and customer care which is one of my best attributes and this helps me a lot to go further in life on a personal and professional level.

As a candidate property practitioner, I love the fact that I interact with several people on a daily basis to assist them in any way I can that is within my reach. If I am unable to assist my clients, I will get a ladder and climb it in order to reach my client’s needs.

I love working at Millennial Realty Gauteng because we are more than a team, we are a family who assists one another. We strive to provide nothing but the best service to our clients.

My post matric qualifications are, an NQF Level 6 Certificate in Human Resources Management, and currently completing the NQF Level 4 in Property Management. I possess over a decade experience of sales background, which includes international sales experience. I have worked in various industries which includes medical, and fitness. I have acquired numerous skills like negotiating skills, Customer care and Sales skills at large. I developed an interest in property field in 2019 when I started as a rental agent, where I grew to the point of collecting few accolades regarding my consistency in filling more units than all other agents. I always do my work with loyalty, integrity, and a great deal of professionalism. My humble approach to clients, and my impeccable presentation about my properties, are my secrets to winning them to buy into my product.

In 2019, I took a conscious decision to begin my journey as a candidate property practitioner. Although it was not easy at first, but it seemed interesting. I worked as a rental agent and still am one. I find the rental agent designation to be my favorite because I get to do more in a short space of time. I joined Chilli Pepper Rentals in 2023 November 01, where I was appointed as a rental agent. What I like about Chilli Pepper Rentals is that we do not compromise our professionalism, neither do we cut corners when coming to the service we offer to our landlords and tenants. I also love the way we adhere to the rules and laws that govern the industry. I am proud to be part of the Chilli Pepper Rentals team and look to grow to greater heights with the organization.

I decided to join the property market as an Accountant in 2011 when I had my first taste of the diverse and strategic financial field it holds. The ever-changing laws and regulations relating to the finance in the property market gripped me from the beginning and became my new passion. Finding the solution to any problem, never giving up and commitment are the best way to describe me.
